What precautions are you taking for Covid?
All guests on tour must wear a mask, and maintain 6ft distance between parties. All public tours will have a maximum number of 8 to allow for social distancing. In addition, all tours are being offered as private tours, if you feel more comfortable with people you know. Guests will also be asked to complete a health waiver when booking to attest that they have not been knowingly in contact with anyone diagnosed with Covid-19 and are not experiencing any symptoms.
Can I cancel my booking?
Due to Covid, we are offering easy rescheduling of tours and in the event you need to cancel your booking, we completely understand.
Will tours be cancelled due to bad weather?
Tours will operate as long as it is safe to do so; rain, shine, or flurries. If there are weather conditions that are unsafe (snowstorm, ice, flooding etc.) the tour will be rescheduled
What should I wear and bring with me?
First and foremost, dress for comfort. Wear comfortable walking shoes- sidewalks/streets are often uneven surfaces. It is also recommended to bring some water with you, particularly on hot days. You're welcome to bring snacks along on walking tours if you'd like.
Are gratuities included?
Gratuities for the tour guide are not included in the tour price, they are never expected but always appreciated.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit Cards, Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay and Checks are accepted for booking payments and if you wish to extend a gratuity.
When is payment due?
Because of our current no-hassle cancellation policy, payment is not due until the tour is delivered, with the exception of customized educational walks.
